Three former top management staff of the Katsina Flour Mills Limited
were Tuesday dragged before Justice Abdullahi Yusuf of the Katsina State
High Court and slammed with a three-count charge of misappropriation of
public funds and criminal breach of trust.
The three men- Abdulmalik Ibrahim, Darda’u Idris Safana and Hassan Hashimu, who served as General Manager, Accountant and Store Keeper respectively, were docked by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for allegedly conspiring and embezzling the sum of N19, 667,187 from the coffers of the company between 2011 and 2012.
